This Travel Liability Waiver & Disclaimer (“Waiver”) explains important travel risks and limitations of responsibility related to travel advising and guided tours. By participating in a trip, tour, or activity arranged or guided through Bee Curious Travel, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

1. Assumption of Risk

Travel and tour activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions and natural events

• Transportation delays, cancellations, or accidents

• Illness, injury, or medical emergencies

• Changes in local conditions, regulations, or access to sites

• Wildlife encounters (including safari environments)

• Activities occurring in remote areas where assistance may be limited

You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and agree to participate at your own discretion.

2. Third-Party Providers

Many travel components are provided by independent third parties (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation services, local guides, activity operators). Bee Curious Travel is not responsible for the actions, omissions, safety standards, service failures, or schedule changes of third-party providers.

3. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may change due to factors beyond our control, including weather, local conditions, closures, availability, safety considerations, or provider changes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives when possible, but specific experiences, schedules, or locations are not guaranteed.

4. Health, Fitness, and Safety

You are responsible for assessing whether travel activities are suitable for your physical condition and circumstances. You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions to appropriate providers and for bringing necessary medications.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance, which may include coverage for medical care, trip interruption, cancellations, delays, and emergency evacuation (especially for remote or safari travel).

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific provider terms, timing, and circumstances. Bee Curious Travel does not guarantee refunds for disruptions caused by weather, transportation delays, illness, local restrictions, supplier changes, or other events outside our control.

7. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Bee Curious Travel, its owner, collaborators, and representatives from claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your travel participation, including injuries, losses, damages, or expenses related to travel risks and third-party services.

8. Acknowledgment

By booking, participating, or joining any travel experience organized or guided through Bee Curious Travel, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Waiver.
